Marking and Packing Components

 

 

Lifecycle Specialties produces a number of small parts that need to be marked, and/or the customer requires individual packaging. 

 

Because of these requirements, we have invested in both a laser marker and an auto-bagger. 

 

The laser marker is capable of human readable marking, as well as 2D data matrix.  It also has the capability to “grade” the readability of the 2D data matrix and report the results.  

 

The auto-bagger prints the customer requirements on the bag, such as part number, bar code, supplier number, etc.  Additionally, it helps the person responsible for the bagging, go faster while maintaining quality.
