Most components that Lifecycle Specialties manufactures have an “industrial clean” specification, because the customer cleans the parts prior to final assembly.
Some components have a more stringent cleanliness specification.
Therefore, Lifecycle Specialties has multiple ultrasonic cleaners.
Verification of Component Cleanliness
When parts have a stringent cleanliness specification, Lifecycle Specialties has the capability to do millipore testing to check the parts for maximum contaminant size, manual particle counting, and also determining total weight of contaminants.
